Reading List

If you’ve been following me on social media for any length of time, you’ll know from my stories that I’m a bit of a book worm. Perpetual learning and growth has helped me feel satisfied in my life, and I know it has done the same for so many others. And somewhere along the way, I heard that successful people (Whatever your definition may be of that term) read a lot, and decided to start there. So here’s a list of books that I have personally read, and feel that I really took something good from.

  • “Play: How it shapes the Brain, Opens the Imagination, and Invigorated the Soul”-Stuart Brown
  • “The Passion Paradox”-Brad Stulberg, Steve Magness
  • “DIscipline Equals Freedom: Field Manual”-Jocko Willink
  • “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”-Steven Covey
  • “Why Do I Hurt?: A Patient Book About The Neuroscience of Pain”-Adriaan Louw
  • “Wherever You Go, There You Are”-Jon Kabat-Zinn
  • “We Need To Talk”-Celeste Headlee
  • “Playing With Movement: How to Explore The Many Dimensions of Physical Health and Performance”-Todd Hargrove
