COVID-19 adjustment: The current guideline for gyms dictate that coaching and classes can only take place outdoors, in areas where all participants can maintain social distancing. I am Currently offering in home 1 on 1 and small group classes in Northern San Diego.

What is “movement coaching”?

All exercise is movement, but not all movement is exercise. Movement coaching is the link between what you do in the gym and improving the functional qualities of your body. High quality functional movement will make you feel stronger, more athletic, and leaner, while decreasing pain and tension throughout your body.

Online Coaching

Best for active, motivated individuals with at least 6 months of experience in the gym who want to take the guesswork out of their routine.

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid Coaching is a mix between in person and online coaching. So you can get the in person coaching you need to fine-tune movements and exercises, and the rest of your workouts can be done on your own time. Best for active people who want the most out of their training, and their time, without having to think about the details.
